Type #1: Plantar Warts



A plantar wart is really the most common type there is. It tends to grow on your foot. They usually end up on the bottom of your feet after walking on something that gave you the virus on your foot. This can be a public shower, walking outside barefoot, or just touching up against it in some other way. It is caused by the HPV virus and will infect the top layer of the skin.



Type #2: Flat Wart



A flat wart is usually found on the face, similar to a mole like the ones some famous models have. They are more flat in shape rather than rounded like most other moles, and can be considered "beauty" warts as they can be unique and attractive at times.



Type #3: Genital Wart



You guessed it! Genital warts are in the genital region of both males and females. These are spread by sexual contact in most cases, and also by not having used the proper protection with an infected partner.



A man or woman can spread this type of wart to the opposite sex. 70% of people that have sex with an infected wart carrier, end up getting it themselves also. So…be extra careful and use protection.
